Park Infina at Parc Royal - AMENITIES

The Park Infina community boasts of a variety of amenities and facilities designed to make home life fun, relaxing, and enjoyable for the whole family.

The first thing that will greet guests and visitors upon entering the Parc Royale compound is the beautifully designed entrance gate, which is manned by a trained security team that will check all entries and exits from the community. This security team is also responsible for promoting safety and peace of mind within the community.

There is also a Tea Garden, which serves as the social hub for the residents and their guests. This thoughtfully added amenity is the ideal venue for community celebrations, intimate parties, and festive get-togethers. 

One of the key features of the community is the swimming pool—a must-have for a refreshing dip on hot summer days or for getting a couple of laps in for daily exercise.

There is also a children’s playground where the young residents of the Park Infina community can enjoy hours upon hours of fun within a safe environment. For the fitness-oriented residents, there is the basketball court, where they can hold regular 3-on-3 games or a tournament among neighbors. Each home within the Park Infina community boasts of painted and plaster-finished interior and exterior walls, fiber cement boards for partition walls, galvanized iron roofing sheets, fiber cement and concrete ceilings, solid molded doors, flush doors for the service area and bedrooms, and PVC doors for the toilets and baths. The bathrooms are finished with ceramic floor and wall tiles, while the kitchen boasts of modular cabinets, ceramic tile countertops, and splash boards.
